We package each candle with care, though If you are experiencing issues with the products you purchased from us (e.g. faulty product, broken or damaged product, incorrect product), please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Please note that each piece is uniquely handmade and will have some minor imperfections by nature. So the differences from the images provided on this website is expected and should not be considered as fault.
Please also understand frosting and wet spots are very natural effects in soy wax candles, and should not be considered as a reason for return or refund.
We apologise that we do not offer 'Change of mind' return or refund.
